Yorktown Police report the arrest of 51 year old Yorktown, NY resident, Thomas Fahey, who is charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree a class A Misdemeanor.

On September 04, 2017 at approximately 04:35 PM, Yorktown Police received a call of a domestic at a Yorktown residence. Officers responded to the residence and an investigation on scene revealed that Thomas Fahey allegedly violated a duly served Westchester County Family Court of Protection by entering the residence of the protected party. Mr. Fahey had already left the location prior to the Officers arrival. He was later located at a residence on Amelia Drive and arrested. He was transported to Police Headquarters for processing.

After being processed on the above charge Thomas Fahey was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Lagonia who set bail in the amount of $5000.00 cash which he was able to post. Thomas Fahey was released and is due back in Yorktown Court on September 12, 2017 at 6:00 PM.
