Yorktown Police report the arrest of 33 year old Jamaal A. Parker of 255 E. 176th Street, Apt. #2E, Bronx, New York, who is charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, an Unclassified Misdemeanor and for speed in zone, a traffic infraction.

According to police on August 14, 2017 at about 6:42 am, Officer Rohr was on routine patrol on Route 202 when he observed a vehicle allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed and not displaying a front license plate. Officer Rohr conducted a traffic stop and identified the operator of the vehicle as Jamaal A. Parker. After conducting a routine check of Parker’s driver’s license, it is further alleged that Parker was driving while his driver’s license was suspended for failing to pay a fine out of Bronx County court. Parker was placed under arrest and transported to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.

Following processing on the charges Jamaal Parker was issued uniform traffic tickets and released on $50.00 bail. Parker is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on September 14, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
