Yorktown Police report the arrest of 39 year-old, Neil M. Quinn, of Yorktown NY, who is charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony.

On August 12, 2017 at about 4:30 PM, Yorktown Police responded to a Yorktown residence to investigate a domestic incident. Officer Hannigan conducted an investigation and it is alleged that Neil M. Quinn intentionally damaged a vehicle window by smashing it with a hammer. Neil M. Quinn was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters.

Following processing on the above charge, the defendant was arraigned by Judge Raniolo. Neil M. Quinn was released on his own recognizance and a temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim and her children. Neil M. Quinn is scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court on August 17, 2017 at 6:00 PM.
