Yorktown Police report the arrest of 32 year old Jesse Suggs of Yorktown, NY who is charged with Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument InThe Second Degree, a Class D Felony.

Police report that on August 8th 2017 at 3:58pm a female resident of Yorktown appeared at police headquarters reporting that two of her disability checks were forged and deposited into an account without her permission. Officer Beyrer and Det. Sage were assigned to the case and conducted an investigation which revealed that a male identified as Jesse Suggs allegedly possessed two forged disability checks belonging to the female resident of Yorktown.

On August 10th 2017 at 7:45pm Jesse Suggs voluntarily appeared at Yorktown Police headquarters at which time he was arrested by Det. Sage in reference to said incident. Following processing on the aforementioned charge, Suggs was held pending arraignment.
