Yorktown Police report the arrest of fifty-seven year old Vincent Lovallo of 3887 Wood St, Jefferson Valley, NY who is charged with Menacing 2nd Degree, a Class “A” Misdemeanor.

On July 30, 2017, Yorktown Police responded to a Wood Street residence for a menacing complaint. Upon arrival, the responding officers met with a male victim who had been doing lawn maintenance in the area. After interviewing the victim, it is alleged that Vincent Lovallo threatened and physically menaced the victim with a knife over a dispute involving property boundaries. The responding officers made several attempts to contact Lovallo during the course of the investigation, but were unable to locate him. On July 31, 2017, Lovallo voluntarily surrendered at Yorktown Police Headquarters, where he was arrested.

Lovallo was arraigned by the Honorable Salvatore Lagonia and was released on $1,000 cash bail. Lovallo is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on August 1, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
