Yorktown police report that 29 year Ivory J. Mintah of Yorktown NY has been issued a summons charging him with four counts of Fail To License Dog, a Violation of the Yorktown Town Code.

Police report that Yorktown Animal Control Officer Waterhouse conducted an investigation in reference to alleged unlicensed dogs at a residence on Hickory St. As a result of the investigation it is alleged that a male identified as Ivory J. Mintah allegedly owned four dogs which were not licensed with the Town of Yorktown.

On July 27th 2017 at 11:50am ACO Waterhouse issued Mintah a summons outside his Hickory St. residence in reference to the aforementioned charge. Following processing at the scene Mintah was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to answer said charge in Yorktown Court on August 8th 2017 at 6:00pm.
