Yorktown Police report the arrest of 39 year-old, Neil M. Quinn, of Yorktown NY, who is charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or more, both Unclassified Misdemeanors. He is additionally charged with Failure to Signal, Expired Registration and Possession of an Open Alcohol Container in a Vehicle, all Traffic Infractions.

On July 14, 2017 at about 5:04 PM, Yorktown Police received a complaint about a gray vehicle being operated in an erratic manner. Officer Woodard responded to investigate the complaint. While checking the area a vehicle matching the description was located and it is alleged that the operator failed to signal while making a turn. A traffic stop was initiated and an investigation revealed that the defendant was allegedly driving while intoxicated. It was further alleged that the defendant was in possession of an open alcohol container in his vehicle and his registration was expired. Neil M. Quinn was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters.

Upon arrival at Headquarters, a further investigation revealed that the defendant allegedly operated his vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more. Neil M. Quinn was processed on the above charges and released to a responsible third party after posting $100.00 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on July 25, 2017 at 6:00 PM.
