Yorktown Police report that 66 year old Lynda O’Hanlon of 15 Diane Court, Katonah, NY is charged with confining her dog inside a motor vehicle, a Violation of the Yorktown Town Code.

According to police on July 5th, at approximately 1:55 PM a call was received from the Triangle Shopping Center, that reported a dog locked inside of a car. ACO Waterhouse responded, and observed a tri-colored Bassett Hound dog, locked inside a car with the windows closed. ACO Waterhouse was able to identify the car, and dog owner at the scene.

At 2:19 PM on July 5th 2017, O’Hanlon was issued an appearance ticket at the Triangle Shopping Center. O’Hanlon was processed at the scene, and is scheduled to answer said charge in Yorktown Court on August 8th 2017 at 6:00 PM.
