Yorktown Police report the arrest of Thomas Paul Fahey of Peekskill, NY who is charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Police report that on June 29, 2017, at approximately 5:50 PM Sgt. Dillon, Det. Sage, P.O. Doherty and P.O. Mundy were dispatched to a Yorktown residence on a report of a violation of a temporary order of protection. Following an investigation at the scene, it is alleged that Thomas Paul Fahey was at the residence in violation of a duly served order of protection issued by the Yorktown Justice Court. Thomas Paul Fahey was placed under arrest at the scene and transported to police headquarters for processing.

After arrest processing, Thomas Paul Fahey was arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court by Judge Raniolo who set bail at $1,000 cash or $5,000 bond. Thomas Paul Fahey posted bail and is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on July 27, 2017 at 6:00 PM.
