Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 22 year old Kevin A. Cepedezs of Mohegan Lake NY, who is charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, a class A misdemeanor.

On 06-15-2017 at about 6:31 PM, P.O. Curtis was assigned to investigate a criminal mischief complaint at the Princess by Talia store located at the Jefferson Valley Mall. Following an investigation, it’s alleged that Kevin A. Cepedezs intentionally damage a glass display rack by grabbing it and smashing it on the ground. The defendant was located at his residence, placed under arrest and transported to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.

Following processing on the above charge, Kevin A Cepedezs was released on his own recognizance and he was instructed to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court on 07-18-2017 at 6:00 PM.
