Yorktown Police report the arrest of Bronx NY residents, Jose L. More, Keya E. Wilmont, and Brooklyn NY resident, Rahsheem Smith, who are charged with Grand Larceny 4th, a Class E Felony.

On April 25, 2017 at approximately 06:44 PM Yorktown Police responded to a larceny complaint at the CVS located at 2000 Commerce Street. Three subjects working together allegedly stole assorted merchandise totaling $1,462.13. As a result of ongoing Police investigation the subjects were identified and warrants were issued for their arrests. All three defendants were in custody at the Putnam County Jail on unrelated charges and On June 01, 2017 at approximately 05:30 hours P.O. Pietraniello, P.O. Beyrer, Det. Shanahan and Det. Tausz arrested the three defendants and transported them back to Yorktown Police Headquarters.

All three defendants were processed on the above charges and arraigned by the Honorable Judge Raniolo. Bail was set for the defendants and they were later turned back over to the custody of the Putnam County Jail. All three defendants are due back in Yorktown Court on June 08, 2017 at 06:00 PM.
