Yorktown Police report the arrest of twenty-nine year old Adam M. Arcuik of 39 Auburn Place, Brooklyn, New York, who was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Yorktown Justice Court for an underlying charge of Petit Larceny.  Arcuik was subsequently charged with Bail Jumping 3rd Degree, a Class “A” Misdemeanor.

On November 22, 2015, Yorktown Police arrested Adam Arcuik on a charge of petit larceny.  On May 3, 2016, Arcuik failed to appear for a scheduled court date relating to the petit larceny case and a Bench Warrant was subsequently issued.  On May 10, 2017, Yorktown Police were notified by the NYPD that Arcuik was in custody in Bronx Central Booking on unrelated charges.  Officer Peters and Det. Tausz responded to the Bronx Criminal Court complex and arrested Arcuik on the outstanding Bench Warrant.

Arcuik was arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.  He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on May 23, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
