Yorktown Police report the arrest of 50 year old Yorktown, NY resident, Thomas Fahey, who is charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree a class A Misdemeanor. 

On April 17, 2017 at approximately 06:33 PM, Yorktown Police received a call of a past domestic at a Yorktown residence.  Officers responded to the residence and an investigation on scene revealed that Thomas Fahey allegedly violated a duly served Westchester County Family Court of Protection by possessing and consuming alcohol.  Thomas Fahey was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters for processing.

After being processed on the above charge Thomas Fahey was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Raniolo who issued a Temporary Order of Protection in favor of the victim.  Thomas Fahey was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Yorktown Court on April 20, 2017 at 6:00 PM.
