Yorktown Police report the arrest of 31 year old Ty Healey of 18 Brookfalls Court, Putnam Valley, New York, who is charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, an Unclassified Misdemeanor and for having inadequate plate lamps, a traffic infraction. 

According to police on April 10, 2017 at about 12:55 am, Officer Curtis was on routine patrol on Broad Street when it’s alleged he observed a vehicle being operated with no plate lamps.  The vehicle was stopped and the operator was identified as Ty Healey.  During an investigation on scene a routine driver’s license check was conducted. It is alleged that the operator of the vehicle, Ty Healey was driving while his driver’s license was suspended for failing to answer a summons. Healey was placed under arrest and transported to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.

Following processing on the charges Ty Healey was issued uniform traffic tickets and released on his recognizance.  Healey is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on May 11, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
