Yorktown Police report the arrest of 32 year old Enmer L. Lopez of Mt Kisco NY who is charged with Criminal Contempt In The Second Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.  Lopez is additionally charged with the following traffic violations, Unlicensed operator, Obstructed View, and Excess Window Tint.

According to police on June 22nd 2014 at approximately 5:46pm a call was received from a female resident of Mt Kisco NY who was stopped at the intersection of Saw Mill River Rd. and Allan Ave., who advised that she was being followed by a male in a blue Honda whom she has an Order of Protection against.  Officer Kenneth Sgroi was dispatched to the scene and stopped the suspect vehicle on Underhill Ave and identified the operator as Enmer L. Lopez.    An investigation at the scene revealed that Lopez allegedly followed the Mt Kisco female from Mt Kisco to Yorktown while in violation of a valid Temporary Order of Protection.  The investigation also revealed that Lopez was allegedly unlicensed and his vehicle had an obstructed view and excess window tint.

Following processing at police headquarters on the aforementioned charges, Lopez was arraigned by Judge Lagonia who released Lopez on $500.00 bail.  Lopez is scheduled to answer said charges in Yorktown Court on June 26th 2014 at 6:00pm.
