Yorktown Police report the arrest of 21 year old Connor M. Bronner of Mahopac, NY on the following charges: Driving While Intoxicated (misdemeanor), BAC .08% or more (misdemeanor).

According to police, on 06-16-2014 at approximately 2:15am P.O. Kahn was on patrol of East Main Street when it’s alleged he observed a vehicle in the Courtesy Shell parking lot with the operator slumped over the steering wheel.  P.O. Kahn identified the operator as Connor M. Bronner.  Following an investigation at the scene, it’s further alleged that Connor M. Bronner was operating the vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.   Connor M. Bronner was placed under arrest and transported to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.  Following a chemical test, it’s alleged that Connor M. Bronner was operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more, leading to the additional charge.

Following processing on the charges, Connor M. Bronner was issued an appearance ticket and r.o.r.’d to a friend, to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on 07-17-2014 at 6:00pm.
